Dr. Michael Cornelison

Dr. Michael Cornelison, is an advanced reconstructive foot surgery specialist who emphasizes preventive care for his Santa Clara County patients. The practice treats a wide range of foot conditions, including Achilles tendonitis, bunions, heel pain, arch strains and more. Dr. Cornelison can also create individualized treatment programs to help his patients recover quickly and efficiently.

Dr. Ami Sheth

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Ami Sheth has been living in the Bay Area since 1991. After finishing high school in Palo Alto, she attended the University of California at Berkeley. Later, she received her doctorate with honors from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco.

Dr. Thomas Elardo

Dr. Elardo was born and raised in New Jersey. After finishing his high school career as State Gymnastics Champion, he earned an Athletic Scholarship to compete in Gymnastics at San Jose State University. During his tenure at SJSU, he competed as a Division I Gymnast earning multiple awards including the prestigious Clair Jennet award for outstanding scholar athlete.

Dr. Adam Howard

Dr. Adam Howard joined Cupertino Podiatry in July of 2009. Originally from Biddeford Maine, Dr Howard moved to Portland Oregon when he was 8 years old. For his undergraduate education, Dr. Howard attended Linfield College where he achieved his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. Always drawn to healthcare and helping others, Dr. Howard decided to pursue a career that combined both.

Dr. Stephen An

Dr. Stephen An joined Cupertino Podiatry Inc. in 2018. He was born and raised in Kokomo, IN. During his childhood and teenage years he competitively participated in soccer, basketball and baseball. He is a proud Hoosier and completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University where he majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Dr. Jisun Julia Lee

Dr. Lee is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon with years of training dedicated to foot and ankle pathology. She is board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Lee received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Western University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Brings 25 years of experience to the billing office. Enjoys time away from billing with her daughter and their three horses.
Kris Liquori

Has more than 20 years of billing experience and has been with the practice for 17 years. Time away from the office is spent with her COLLEGE-aged children and husband at one of their favorite activities, baseball games.
